Non-Refundable Policy
As a non-profit spiritual organization, all donations made to Antarrashtriya Sanatan Mahasangh are voluntary and utilized immediately for our mission of preserving Sanatan values. Therefore, donations are generally non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors, such as duplicate transaction charges or unauthorized payments. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund due to a technical error, please email us with the subject "Refund Request" along with your transaction ID and proof of payment. Our team will review the request within 15 business days.
Tax Certificate Implications
If a tax deduction certificate has already been issued for a donation, that donation becomes ineligible for a refund to comply with financial regulations.
